The Australian Council of Trade Unions (ACTU) encourages visitors and members of the website to participate in the discussions and debates found on this website. However, while we actively support and encourage participation we will not tolerate:

We also reserve the right to remove violations, including banning members from the site. We expect all contributors to be respectful. The ACTU does not necessarily support or condone all discussions, comments and uploads on this website. The ACTU will remove defamatory comments, pictures and/or videos where they are identified. The ACTU will assess all reports of inappropriate comments and uploads and respond accordingly.
